Movamind Co-founder & Head of Product, Dec 2024 – Feb 2026

Movamind was an AI startup building support agents that replace manual setup with a conversation. Two founders: a technical co-founder on AI and architecture, and me on product design, marketing and business development.

The product

• A business talks to the Movamind agent the way it would brief a new employee. The agent asks about the business, the systems it uses (CRM, databases), its tasks and customers, then configures itself: it generates processes, fills its knowledge base and connects to the APIs it needs.
• The client gets a working support agent within hours, plus a dashboard for analytics and management.

What I did

• Product concept and positioning: "it is easier to implement an agent than to hire an employee".
• Designed the dashboard: agent personality, knowledge sources (website, CSV, CRM and databases), channel connections (messengers, email, social) and conversation history.
• Built and tested the test agents.
• Website and pitch deck; marketing and business development.
