The History Founder & Product Designer, 2016

The History made organic clothes hangers from recycled wood. Production was designed as a waste-free cycle: wood waste is shredded, moulded into sheet material, and the sheets are cut into hangers.

What I did

• Founded the company and designed the product.
• Worked out the production cycle from wood waste to a finished hanger.
• Built the 3D models and laser-cut prototypes.
